Processing & Shipping Times 

All of our items are made to order with special care for your little ones. Current processing time is 2-4 business days. Once your order has shipped it usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive within Canada and 5-7 business days to the US.

Non-Tracked Lettermail

We ship all lettermail packages using Canada Post. Please note that your packages will be shipped without a tracking number. Once it is in Canada Post's hands it is beyond our control and we will not be able to provide any updates on the delivery status. * We are not responsible for any packages that are lost/stolen. Please select tracked shipping to guarantee your order arrives to its destination * Please double check your shipping address when purchasing.

Do your nylon headbands leave marks?

I use the highest quality nylon for our headbands. The bands are made from a custom blend of nylon specifically made so that they are less likely to leave marks. When you first receive your headbands you may need to stretch the band a bit by hand to your babies head size as they are one size fits all. It is a very soft stretch and once on most babies don't even realize they are wearing them. As your babies head grows her headband will stretch to fit.
