Shipping rates to the US are now based off of the total order value. Tariffs are pre-paid and included in the shipping cost.

Orders will be delivered by USPS (Tracked Package) in approximately 5-10 business days.

Although we hope you love your Ellie + Coco purchase if you'd like to return your items you may do so within 14 days from the date you receive your order. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) Please note, in order to qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all hang tags still attached and in their original packaging. We have the right to deny returns that do not comply with our return policy.

To submit an inquiry for a return, please contact us at ellieandcoco.info@gmail.com and list the subject as RETURN. We will reply back shortly with return instructions.

Returns will be examined and processed within approximately 3-5 business days after we receive your return. You will receive a confirmation email from us when we've completed your return.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ellieandcoco.info@gmail.com 

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
